Total Changes Nutrition
This program is a structured 12, 8, or 4 week comprehensive exercise and nutrition regimen which is closely monitored that yields "Total Changes", see changes in your body size, body shape and body composition! Two, 8-page Body Compositions are included! (See Body Composition Page)
Work closely with your Personal Trainer, meeting three times a week for your exercise workouts and nutritional planning.
