Barbara Fogarty, President of Total Changes Personal Training, holds a B.S. in Sports Medicine and has over 23 years experience working with individuals to improve their health & fitness levels.
Barbara has built a local alliance with physicians, chiropractors, physical therapists and nutritionists by working together with them and you to design the best exercise and nutrition program that fits your life!
Barbara's approach to health and fitness is to lead by example. She is a former Tri-Athlete, natural body builder and in 2002 cycled across country in 42 days raising $60,000.00 for Camp Sunshine!

My regular and consistant exercise regimen and nutritional choices allows me to LIVE LIFE to the fullest! I enjoy these activities and many more. Exercise and proper food choices allows the body to perform the physical work needed to do the job!
The mind is confident that you can perform the physical task because you have strengthened the mind (I CAN do it, positive thoughts always)...stretched the mind (Tried many new things and are open to change) and delivered oxygen to the brain by way of the heart (cardiovascular exercise) and one of the most important is to feed the mind with powerful, balanced, nutrient dense foods that come from real, natural foods!
No powders, no pills, no prepackaged foods, no quick fixes. Everyone knows these things DO NOT WORK...that is why everyone is STILL trying to lose the same weight over and over again.
