A Body Composition is a breakdown of what the body is made of, which can be placed into three categories: lean body mass which consists of bone, muscle, tissue and organs,  water (we are an aqueous solution), and fat, which is too often where the percentage is above the recommended amount for a healthy body.

The results yields an 8-page report outlining the lbs & % of Lean Body Mass, Fat and hydration level, as well as your metabolism.  Having a Body Composition is the only way to find out your BMR (Basal Metabolic rate).  The report offers a cardiovascular and strength training exercise routine to adhere to, along with a balanced daily intake of nutrients to bring the Body Composition to the  ultimate healthy levels!

The Body Compositon tells much more than the simple scale.  What IS the weight that is changing...muscle, water, or fat?

Body Composition with % of lean body mass and % of fat, hydration level and an optimal healthy goal % of fat and goal weight. The client data is height, weight and age. Lean body mass in pounds & % of lean. Body fat in pounds & % of fat. Hydration in total body water. The graph illustrates the whole bodies percentage and suggests a goal weight and goal body fat %.
This page gives the breakdown of calories burned by BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate), digestion, calories burned doing your daily activities, by exercise and suggests the caloric intake to reach the ultimate goal percentage of fat and of weight.
An example of a balanced, nutrious daily intake. Small frequent meals with a variety of nutrient dense foods. Nutrient dense foods are foods that are packed with the nutrients the body needs. Examples of nutrient dense foods are: fruits, vegetables, lean protien sources, and whole grain breads, pasta, and rice...NO WHITES (No white bread, no white pasta, and no white rice)
